What Rewire is
Rewire has two main modes. Analyse is the richer body and module view for exploring patterns. Simplify is the low-friction daily checklist for answering: what do I need to do today?
The app uses public scientific research, behaviour-change models, and your own logged actions to generate educational feedback, visualisations, checklists, and reports.
What Rewire is not
Rewire is not a medical device, doctor, diagnosis tool, treatment plan, emergency service, or substitute for professional care.
Rewire does not know your full medical history. Any health-related text should be treated as general education and personal reflection support, not clinical instruction.
Design principle
The core product idea is simple: watch your body change as your habits change. That idea is powerful, but it needs careful language. Rewire should prefer measured wording such as may, can support, is associated with, and research suggests.
