Data Rewire may process

Rewire may process account data, profile settings, habit logs, quit streaks, cravings, lapses, nutrition logs, exercise logs, sleep logs, daily checklist actions, reports, and connected-device data if you choose to connect an integration.

Some of this may reveal health or lifestyle information. For UK and EU users, some logs may be special category data under data-protection law.

Why the data is used

Rewire uses data to provide the app experience: authentication, syncing across devices, visualising habit change, generating reports, calculating scores, remembering preferences, and improving product reliability.

Rewire should only collect data that is needed for those purposes and should avoid using sensitive logs for unrelated advertising or profiling.

Storage and processors

The app currently uses Supabase for authentication and database storage. Payments are handled by Stripe where applicable. Integrations such as Garmin may be used only when a user chooses to connect them.

Production deployment should keep environment secrets out of client code, use row-level security, and limit access to sensitive data.

Your choices

You should be able to access, correct, export, or delete your account data where the app supports it. A production release should provide a clear support route for privacy requests.

Privacy contact placeholder: privacy@rewire-optimize.com. This mailbox should be configured before public launch or replaced with the final support address.

Regulatory context

UK GDPR and GDPR can treat health data as special category data, requiring an Article 6 lawful basis plus a separate Article 9 condition. Rewire should be reviewed against the ICO guidance before launch.
